Wild Apricot

For years we’ve been suggesting Wild Apricot for associations looking for cost-effective option in providing association management, contact management, content management and transaction management for their members.  We have designed many WA sites, we offer full site customization using the Wild Apricot platform, including:

  • Web Site Design
  • Contact and Membership Database Setup
  • Email and Contact Setup
  • Content Seeding
  • Transaction Management structuring
  • Training

We often get calls from associations that have started their Wild Apricot site but just do not have the time to figure out the best way to set up their site to utilize Wild Apricot’s many features.  Any content management system alone requires a learning curve by new users, and when you add contact management, transaction management and membership management to that as well, it can seem a bit overwhelming.  We’re here to help.  We work on an annual contract basis, so once we’re hired to design and structure a Wild Apricot site, you’ll have us for training and for consultation on the best way to set items up.  For a client of ours new to Wild Apricot, we believe it takes at least a couple of training sessions for them to be ready to manage the site. Also, we record the trainings and provide access to them in Admin, and provide a easy to find link to Wild Apricot’s help pages.

In addition, organizations often realize they will want to change things internally because of the data capabilities that Wild Apricot provides, and that sometimes requires restructuring of the database or site design, and we’re available during the contract period to work with our client on that as well.

At this point in time, we are the only firm in the Wild Apricot Partner Directory headquartered in Pennsylvania.
